This is a group for beginner to intermediate runners. We meet each Saturday morning at 8:30am outside the gym, Overtime Fitness (1625 N. Shoreline Blvd. Mountain View). We then walk & do active stretching as we make our way to the Stevens Creek Trail (at La Avenida). Our run is usually just a little over 3 miles at around a 9:45 pace.
