Run and Chug (http://www.RunandChug.com) is a weekly running group that meets every Wednesday 6:30pm. This blends fun, fitness, friendships, a little sweat and a nice little chug at the end. We invite you to be part of our group and enjoy the opportunity for your NOT so NORMAL 5k. It is FREE, it is FUN, what more could you ask for. We will incorporate fun theme runs along with other group activities.

This group is for anyone interested in a fun free social running group that enjoys a good craft beer ant the end of a fun 5k. We will be meeting the first and third Wednesday at Saucy Taco. We will be enjoying fun theme runs along with other fun group activities. This is for all levels walkers, joggers, runners, mega athletes. Our soul purpose is to enjoy a fun social activity, beer, togetherness, and create long lasting friendships.

This is a women's running group based more around the freedom and wildness of being a woman versus the constraints and planning of being a runner. This is where we run for the joy of it, to be with nature, to get in touch with our Wild Woman -- the smart, tough and untamed woman. I'm starting the group because of my own experience of training for a marathon, and in the end, unable to complete it because of excruciating knee pain.
